As one of the largest chapters of the nationwide Finlandia Foundation, the Seattle Chapter actively pursues objectives that have been the core of the chapter since its establishment in 1968 by providing Finnish language classes, presenting Finnish movies, organizing a variety of events throughout the year such as the Finnish Independence Day Dinner and Dance, and more!
Finnish Language classes: Spring 2019
Finlandia Foundation Seattle Chapter is offering a beginner’s course and an intermediate course in Finnish language for 10 weeks starting on April 4th, 2019. All classes are held on Thursdays at Finnish Lutheran Church in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Please see the language classes page for more information and registration form.
