Nordic Culinary Conference

The second annual Nordic Culinary Conference will bring several internationally renowned chefs to Seattle to discuss and demonstrate Nordic cuisine and cooking philosophy. The Nordic Culinary Conference is an immersive program, featuring demonstrations and tastings that explore the unique qualities of both traditional and contemporary Nordic cuisine. Lectures delve deeper into cooking history, technique, and the internationally impactful Nordic food revolution.

From Finland the conference has confirmed participation of Sasu Laukkonen, chef and owner of the Michelin star-awarded Chef & Sommelier in Helsinki.
