Soittorasia at the Nordic Museum

With a smörgåsbord of more than ten instruments, including a variety of different kanteles, the trio Soittorasia opens our season with a program of music spanning the folk and classical traditions of Finland. They will demonstrate the versatile beauty of the ancient kantele instruments, the creation of which is celebrated in the Kalevala and is often imitated in other musical works.
